Late (but not nearly as late as last year ) gift for the amazing

I had so many different options to do for the gift (and I kept switching between which character of hers I'd do), but I got in the mood to make a tattoo-ish character design, so I chose Merkazai for it. ^^ There's another idea I may do as a random gift for her someday, but for now I will be content in knowing I'm less than a month late with this one. XP Sorry for being late in the first place though, Ghosty.
